      <image:caption>I’m an Integrative Health &amp; Wellness Coach certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I specialize in private coaching to help people who struggle with their weight and want to find simple, healthy solutions for a sustainable lifestyle. I enjoy working with clients of varying dietary preferences, but I am particularly well-versed in the field of intermittent fasting (IF) and time restricted eating (TRE). I’ve coached thousands of intermittent fasters as a moderator in a popular online forum run by Gin Stephens, author of the New York Times bestseller “Fast. Feast. Repeat.” Outside of health coaching, I am a wife, an avid tennis player, former federal investigator, and proud mother of three wonderful young men.</image:caption>
